The service, especially from staff like Reno at the pool bar and the wait staff in the restaurants, was outstanding. The location was convenient for exploring the area, right next to the Atlantis and with easy access to the ferry to Nassau. The dining experience was satisfactory, although there were some issues with the food quality. The facilities were well-maintained and added to a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great ocean view, but guests should be prepared for the cold temperatures inside. The staff provides some services like room service and valet parking, but they seemed indifferent to guest needs at times. The location is convenient for walking around Paradise Island and accessing nearby attractions, although it can get crowded.
The hotel rooms were extremely clean, but the two beds pushed together to make one continuously slipped apart. They felt outdated and stuffy, with temperatures dropping as low as 18 degrees inside our room.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with beautiful views from the balcony, making it a convenient gathering spot for groups before and after planned activities. The rooms are cleaned and stocked daily with a variety of beverages; however, they can get a little damp at times.
The hotel had amazing air conditioning but the room was small compared to other Riu stays. It was a bit inconvenient that the room temperature was either freezing or muggy and damp with no other options provided.
The hotel was meticulously clean and tidy, and the lobby and restaurant seemed pretty good. However, the room was a bit downgraded from the pictures we saw.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were cute but not overly luxurious, and the set temperature could not be adjusted. However, they were very clean, and the food and drinks were good. The grounds were clean and easy to navigate. Being on the top floor corner was fabulous.
The hotel had small, neat, and clean rooms pushed together to form a 'KingSize' bed, fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff willing to assist in all areas. The location was great, beautifully lit in the evening, and we could walk to Atlantis easily. The dining experience was amazing, although we wished for more varied options. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay very comfortable.
